Accounting and account payable and and Order Management

Requirements

• Working on all sales order of customer & keeping record of every transaction of the sales Order. • Informing Service Group to buy purchase order for the customer sales order after Reviewing the criteria. • Reviewing NCNR contract #/quote#, Contacting Offshore counterpart if there is any issue. •Expediting the Purchase order in case if it is does not meet customer requirement. •Pulling the request date with supplier based on the customer demand. •Informing Sales Marketing Team when Ship date pushed out & the reason for push out of the confirmed dates. • Working with suppliers for any change in orders & informing inside sales rep and field sales rep if any issue has to be addressed. • Informing the sales team about minimum buy, mult buy & lead time for the part. • Working on value added parts (requesting SSG to buy, expedite, and pull in for base part to assemble as top level part). • Dealing with the Queries raised by the onshore counterparts through E-
