Roles and Responsibilities:  To follow up on the generated leads.  Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area  designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.  Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property  Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner  Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner Pre -Requisites (Educational Qualification and Experience):  Experience 0-2 years  Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)  Good communication skills  Negotiation skills  Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable  Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work  Should possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7 days of joining duty
