Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. • You will be responsible for creating original text and Digital content, managing posts and responding to followers. • Handle Social Media presence ensuring web traffic and customer engagement. • Administer the company's social media marketing and advertising. • Development of brand awareness and online reputation. • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. • Monitor Online reviews and respond to each review. • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively.
