Candidate should be aware of the filter coffee making process. Should be willing to learn Kaapiyumm's coffee making process and implement daily - heating the milk, preparing the decoction, mixing them according to customer's requirements and serving them. Should follow Kaapiyumm's customer service standards. Should be willing to train, coach junior staff in the above processes.
