We are looking for Telecallers who have good knowledge in generate the leads and fix the appointments to the client. Responsibilities: Generate appointments from company generated leads, through outbound telemarketing calls Take complete application to qualify leads for product/service offerings Maintains complete, comprehensive and accurate records by recording and updating detailed information, tracking and inquiry notes in our CRM. Responding timely and accurately to incoming telephone calls, and email inquiries. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process Overcome objections of prospective customers Skills and Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of experience making outbound telemarketing or sales calls. Past experience working for a technology company is a big plus Must possess superior verbal communication skills.
