- Cashiers must be able to handle any issues raised by customers. He/she should try to get it resolved effectively and quickly with the help of Head Cashier / Supervisor of Division Staff - They must be very alert why scanning items and billing a customer - While accepting cards (debit or credit), care must be taken to return the card safely back to the Customer - Every customer should be given a cash memo and the goods neatly packed - Cashier must address concerns and problems to Supervisors and Head Cashier - Cash till should be left empty and clean at the end of every shift - Items left back by customers should be returned to the Division Staff - Report any system issues to Supervisor or Head Cashier - Day End Declaration
