Lobby Manager 1) Stocks:- To maintain Lobby stock & handover weekly status, requirements to Store cum Admin Manager for Walk in Customer / Free Lancer Sales. 2) Tele-calling on, a>New enquiry generated through Walk in, E-marketing, Exhibition & Sales Team. b> Existing base to generate service & sales revenue. 3) Service Revenue achievement of Rs 5 Lac monthly through Servicing, spare selling. 4> To achieve Lobby Walk In Sales of minimum 26 a month. 5) Cost Effective Working of Technical team working with daily tracking of service calls with closure. Eg Complaint handling, service calls generation & closure.. 6) Verify TA & DA of Technicians & clear same on Weekly bases. 7) Company Process communication to team of New Service/Product, implementation & regular feedback to MD. 8) Physical Record keeping of Installations, Complaints of customers & Technician DSR. 9) Physical Track of Bill books, used by Technician against issued. 10) Close loop of Revenue:-Revenue & installation tracking & daily reporting through calls issued, receipt book of service team.
