Need a talented programmer to develop a social networking site based on a wireframe design. The person has to handle all the technical aspects of the website. It is a complex site so we only want someone who can really build the whole site. The person should be PROFICIENT in HTML,CSS,PHP and MySQL. Additional skills in C/C++ will be a bonus. Skills in other languages that can be used to build the website is also accepted.
