Work Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. Duties include
*Attending to & Following up on phone calls
*Processing & following up on service/complaint tickets
*Checking & replying to emails
*Data Entry (Online & Offline)
*Scheduling appointments
*Following up with Customers & Business Associates
*Running reports
*Book- keeping & Managing of records
*Browsing the Internet for research work
